The eternal flame of the temple will be lit
It is being told that the ghee that will be used in the first Maha Aarti and Maha Yagya to be held in the temple of Ramlala will be sent from Jodhpur. The eternal flame of the temple will be lit with the same ghee. Let us tell you that for this, 6 quintals i.e. 600 kg of ghee will be sent to Ayodhya. The most special thing in this is that the ghee will not be sent in train, bus or car but in 108 chariots, in which there will be 216 bulls. These chariots will leave from Jodhpur for Ayodhya with ghee on 27th November.
The most interesting thing that has come to light in this is that the cows whose ghee will be used for the first Aarti of Ramlala’s temple, would not have been alive today, if a saint had not saved them. It is a 20 year old resolution of the same saint, due to which Rajasthan is going to be a part of this historic event.
20 year old resolution of a saint
Sri Sri Maharishi Sandipani Ram Dharam Gaushala is on Jaipur Road near Banar, Jodhpur. This cow shelter is being run by Maharishi Sandipani Maharaj. Regarding this resolution, Maharishi Sandipani Maharaj told that he had taken a resolution 20 years ago that whenever Ram temple is built in Ayodhya, he will take pure local cow ghee for it.
How did you save your life?
Meanwhile, in the year 2014, he stopped a truck full of cows, which was being taken from Jodhpur for cow slaughter. There were about 60 cows in the truck. Maharaj got these cows freed at that very moment and took them to the nearby cow shed. He refused to keep these cows there. Finally he decided that he would start a cow shed himself and rear these cows.
First people made fun, then supported
During this time, when he started getting hopeful about the construction of Ram temple, he started collecting ghee from those 60 cows. Maharaj told that it was also a resolution that whatever ghee was there, they would take it on bulls.

Realizing the seriousness of the resolution
Maharaj told that he continued collecting without ghee. In 2016, when people realized the seriousness of Maharaj’s resolution, they came to the Gaushala. When they saw that Maharaj had started collecting ghee, even those people who earlier used to make fun of him also started cooperating.
Herbs for safe storage
Maharaj Sandipani told that initially he was keeping ghee in the pot. Due to the heat, the ghee started melting and coming out and the pot started getting cracks. Many times the ghee also got spoiled. On this, it was learned from another saint that ghee can be stored safely for many years by using the juice of five different herbs. In such a situation, he went to Haridwar and brought other herbs including Brahmi and betel leaves from there. Prepared their juice and mixed it with ghee. After this, this ghee was kept in steel tanks at 16 degree temperature through air conditioner. It is the result of safe storage that even after 9 years this ghee is the same as before. Currently, these are stored in about 9 steel tanks.

Change in the diet of cows
The diet of these cows was also changed. Apart from fodder, things other than fodder are banned in the cowshed. For the last 9 years, the cows were being given only green fodder, dry fodder and water. Apart from these three things, all other things were banned and there were clear instructions to the people coming to the cowshed not to feed anything brought from outside to the cows. Maharaj Sandipani told that this ghee was prepared according to ancient tradition. Because ghee gets spoiled quickly due to adulteration. Therefore, ghee prepared through this tradition will not spoil quickly.
Ghee is boiled every three years
Due to all these efforts, the number of cows has increased from 60 to 350 in 9 years. Most of these are those cows who were victims of road accidents or were sick. As the number of cows increased, the quantity of ghee also started increasing.
How to keep ghee safe
Ghee is not only preserved with the juice of herbs, but apart from this, the whole ghee is boiled by adding five herbs once every three years. Ghee utensils are cleaned thoroughly. This is the reason why this ghee did not spoil even after so many years. Along with this, the room where ghee is kept is also clean and has ample ventilation.
Ayodhya team came here to see
Maharaj Sandipani told that after the ghee was prepared, the biggest challenge was how to transport it to Ayodhya. VHP state co-secretary Mahendra Singh Rajpurohit said that a team of one member from Jodhpur went to Ayodhya. Met officials of Ram Mandir Construction Trust in Ayodhya and told them about Maharaj’s resolution. The team also went to the office of UP CM Yogi Adityanath and was given information about ghee storage. After this, a team from Ayodhya came to Jodhpur. Here they understood the ghee storage in the cow shed and the entire process. After this the team agreed. After getting the consent, a plan was made to take the ghee to Ayodhya by oxen.
How will this ghee be delivered to Ayodhya in 108 chariots?
On November 27, 108 chariots will leave for Ayodhya from Jodhpur with 600 kg of ghee. There will be two bulls in each chariot. There will be one truck for each chariot during the journey. The distance from one city to another will be covered by trucks and after reaching the city, a Rath Yatra will be taken out. For example, after leaving from Jodhpur till reaching Pali, the chariot, bulls and 3 servants will be in a truck. After reaching Pali, the bulls and truck will be taken out of the chariot and taken out on a procession in the city. While leaving from Pali, the chariot and bulls will then be loaded into the truck.
