Ayodhya: The consecration of Ram temple is going to happen soon in Ramnagari Ayodhya. Therefore, work is being done to make the festival of lights to be held before this very grand. The Tourism Department is going to bring out tableaux based on the seven episodes of Ramayana.
Gave 7 lakhs at social places
The department will light 7 lakh lamps at the monasteries, temples and social places established on Panchkosi, 14 Kosi and 84 Kosi Parikrama Marg.
What did the officers and ministers say?
Regional Tourism Officer RP Yadav told that Tulsikrit Ram Charit Manas has seven chapters. These are Bal Kand, Ayodhya Kand, Aranya Kand, Sundar Kand, Kishkindha Kand, Lanka Kand and Uttar Kand. There will be seven tableaus based on these. These tableaux will start from Saket Mahavidyalaya and go till Naya Ghat. A tableau of Ram Rath will be taken out.

Tourism Minister Jaiveer Singh said that there will be a grand festival of lights in Ayodhya on 11th November. Last year we got our name registered in the Guinness World Book of Records by lighting more than 17 lakh lamps. We try to make new records every year. This time also we will work to break our record. Let us tell you that the consecration program of Ram temple is to be held on 22 January 2024 next year. After this the doors of Ram temple will open for the devotees.

On the Navami of Shukla Paksha of Kartik month, circumambulation is done through Chaudahkos Parivrut of Ayodhya. Devotees come to Ayodhya to perform this parikrama and the local people wait for Navami. On arrival of the date, after taking bath in Saryu river, touching the parikrama path with glass and meditating on God, start the parikrama.
