UP News: A 4.5-foot-high Shivling was brought to Ayodhya on a special chariot from Omkareshwar in Madhya Pradesh. The holy Shivling will be consecrated in the Shiva temple of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple complex. The weight of Shivling made from a big rock of the Narmada river in Omkareshwar is more than 600 kg. Shivling was brought to Ayodhya on the letter of Champat Rai, general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. Champat Rai accepted the Shivling after the Rudrabhishek ritual and worship.

Shivling 4 feet high was brought on a special chariot from Omkareshwar

The grand Rath Yatra to bring the Narmadeshwar Shivling to Ayodhya started from Omkareshwar on August 18 after duly worshiping.
